Client:    Fortune 500 Company 

 

This project (a class action lawsuit involving 6,000+ individual plaintiffs) required ESILAB to triage, parse, normalize, extract, and report on data from Fact Sheets (semi-structured medical questionnaires) produced as scanned PDF images. Approximately 3.5 million data points were automatically extracted and exported into another vendor's case management system. The format of the final data deliverable was defined by ESILAB in conjunction with input from the client and its data management vendor. ESILAB also performed complex normalizations and calculations on aggregated plaintiff data that ultimately informed and directed the client’s successful litigation strategy.
